A bluesource application health check will typically involve a workshop with your IT team to understand any significant recurring issues, identify the applications for the health check and to facilitate access. Subsequently our team will go through a process of identifying and documenting all the relevant health check parameters for a given application, including identifying the underlying hardware configuration. Once all of the information has been gathered, bluesource will prepare a report outlining a series of recommendations on the steps that can be taken to ensure your applications continue to run optimally and to ensure your business is not exposed to any significant security vulnerabilities.
